一般條款及細則
- 1.1 本網站由教育專業人員福利聯會有限公司(教福聯會)擁有及經營。若閣下於本網站註冊成為用戶,並使用本網站之任何服務,包括網上購物即表示閣下已閱讀本細則及條款,並同意接受本細則及條款的約束。
- 1.2 本條款及細則內所用詞語的定義:
- 「本會」或「教福聯會」指教育專業人員福利聯會有限公司
- 本網站」指由教福聯會營運的網上服務平台
- 「貨品」指本網站提供購買的任何貨品
- 「會籍」指本網站供處理的教福聯會會員會籍事宜
- 「價格」指使用本網站服務當日的貨品價格
- 「內容」指所有文字描述、圖片、影像、標誌、聲音或所述的結合
- 「個人資料收集聲明」指護協對本網站收集得到的個人資料所採納的政策及聲明
- 1.3 當 閣下註冊成為本網站之網上用戶,並使用本網站服務時, 閣下同意提供真實、準確、 完備及最新的資料,並持續及即時更新閣下的註冊資料以確保有關資料真實、準確、完備 及最新。如本會有合理理由懷疑 閣下提供的資料屬不實、並非最新、不完備或不準確, 本會有權利將 閣下的網上用戶戶口暫停或終止,而無須提供任何理由。
- 1.4 閣下同意支付任何以 閣下網上用戶戶口登入所進行之任何交易事宜。
- 1.5 登入本網站須使用閣下的電郵地址及密碼, 閣下須自行確保有關資料保密,以免 閣 下在未經許可的情況下,遭第三者盜用。假若在未經 閣下授權的情況下,遭第三者盜用 閣下的網上用戶身份使用本網站服務,本會毋須就 閣下的任何損失作出賠償或承擔任何責任。
2. 提交訂單
- 2.1 當 閣下提交訂單時,即表示 閣下同意按當時貨品進行購物、一經提交訂單及確認付款,不得取消訂單。
- 2.2 教福聯會將以電郵的方式確認收到 閣下提交的訂單。
- 2.3 教福聯會保留絕對酌情權就任何理由不接納及/或取消訂單包括 但不限於:
- 2.3.1 閣下所提供的資料或文件不實或不完備;
2.3.2 閣下所訂購的貨品未有足夠存貨或供應情況有變; - 2.3.3 閣下的送貨地址未符合本會指定的送貨範圍;
- 2.3.4 閣下所訂購的貨品因人為疏忽或電腦錯誤引致價格及資料錯誤;及2.3.5 懷疑將貨品再作轉售
- 2.3.1 閣下所提供的資料或文件不實或不完備;
- 2.4 當 閣下提交訂單及確認付款後,在任何情況下本會均不接受取消訂單,亦不會作出退款。
- 2.5 如本會取消 閣下的訂單,本會將以電郵或電話通知閣下,並 安排退款,而本會則不會因應 閣下的不滿或因此招致 閣下的損失而作出任何賠償。
- 2.6 閣下須在提交任何訂單及確認付款前先閱讀本條款及細則,訂單一經提交及確認付款,即 表示 閣下已接受有關條款及細則。
- 2.7 當 閣下作出訂購時,貨品以訂購當日所示為準。
- 2.8 本網站所有貨品均以港幣計算。
- 2.9 系統會向 閣下登記所用之電郵地址發送電郵以確認我們已收到 閣下的訂單。該電郵並 不等於就訂購之產品項目作出送貨承諾。
3. 價格
- 3.1 本會將合理地採取一切努力,確保上載於本網站的貨品均為準確 及已更新。本會有權更改貨的價格及資料,毋須預先通知 閣下。
- 3.2 本會於本網站列出部份貨品的價格可 能會在某些情況下,如配合推廣目的,與本會門市訂出的價格有所不同。
- 3.3 本會有權就本網站之銷售設立限制,如限制貨品購買數量。
4. 付款
- 4.1 當 閣下提交訂單及確認付款時,即表示 閣下同意及授權本會按照 閣下所提交的訂單 的付款額,以 閣下所指定的付款方式付款。在未確認付款前,貨品的擁有權不屬於閣下。
- 4.2 本會使用第三方付款平台(First Data)以提供網上購物、報讀課程及會籍處理服務。當 閣 下確認付款時,即表示 閣下同意及接納有關服務單位的使用條款及細則,為保障 閣下 利益,本會建議 閣下在使用第三方付款平台服務時,閱讀有關服務單位的條款及細則。 而 閣下需單獨及獨自承擔閣下於進行網上付款交易時所產生的任何風險及損失。在任何 情況下,本會無須承擔任何就有關交易引致的風險或損失的責任及/或作出任何賠償。
- 4.3 本會有權更改本網站的付款途徑或方式,本會將以電郵或透過本網站通知 閣下有關變更。
5免責聲明
- 5.1 儘管本會致力保護 閣下提供的個人資料,但鑑於互聯網科技發展日新異, 閣下同意 本會無法在互聯網上的資料及交易傳輸上保證百分百安全, 閣 下同意使用本網站時,在 資料、交易及數據傳輸上自行承擔風險。
- 5.2 本會並不聲明或保證進入本會的網站(包括使用手機應用程式或軟件)或其任何部份將不 受阻擾、可靠或並無故障。
- 5.3. 若本會基於「不可抗力」的情況下,如天災人禍,包括災難、意外、自然災害、罷工或本 會在合理情況下無法控制的其他原因,以致本會不能履行網上服務的責任,本會應獲豁免 於履行有關責任。

- 6.1 本會保留權利隨時對本條款及細則作出修改。 閣下在本網站進行網上購物、報讀課程及 處理會籍事宜的時候,請先查閱本條款及細則,付款一經確認,即表示 閣下同意及接受 當時有效的條款及細則。如有任何爭議,本會保留最終決定權。
- 6.2 本會的個人資料收集聲明列明本會有權使用 閣下於本網站所提供的個人資料,有關的個 人資料收集聲明, 閣下可於本網站查閱。當 閣下使用本網站的服務時,即表示 閣下 同意及接納本會的個人資料收集聲明列出之所有條款。
- 6.3 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區生效的法律管轄及詮釋, 閣下同意香港法院有專屬司法 管轄權。
- 6.4 本條款及細則每條條文均可與其他條文劃分成獨立的條文;假如其中一條或更多條文乃屬或變成無效或不能強制執行,該等條款將被删除,餘下的條款及細則的合法性、有效性及可執行性不受影響。
- 6.5 香港特別行政區法例第 623 章《合約(第三者權利)條例》不適用於此條款及細則或協議。

If you register as a user on this website and use any of its services, including online shopping, enrolling in courses and processing membership matters, it means you have read and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- 1.2 The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions:
- “EduProHK” refers to the Education professional benefit federation limited
- “Website” refers to the online service platform operated by Education professional benefit federation limited
- “Goods” refers to any merchandise available for purchase on the website
- “Membership” refers to matters related to EduProHK membership that can be processed on the website
- “Price” refers to the price of goods or course fees on the day of using the website service
- “Content” refers to all text descriptions, images, videos, logos, sounds or the combination thereof
- “Privacy Statement” refers to EduProHK’s policy and statement regarding the personal data collected from the website.
1.3 When you register as a user on this website and use its services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to continuously update your registration information to ensure that it is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If the website has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you have provided is inaccurate, not up-to-date, incomplete, or not accurate, the website has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your user account without providing any reason.
1.4 You agree that you will pay any fees charged to your account, or in connection with any transaction that you conduct through this site. If you have reason to believe that fraudulent activity has been attempted on your account, notify us immediately.We are not liable for loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use of your user name (email address), password or any other personal information which may result from theft or disclosure to third parties.
2.1 When you submit an order, it means that you agree to the terms of purchase, which will take effect upon submission and confirmation of payment.
2.2 A confirmation email will be sent to you by EduProHK confirming receipt of your order.
2.3 EduProHK reserves the right at any time not to accept or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to:
2.3.1 Your submission is incomplete or inaccurate;
2.3.2 There are insufficient stocks of the product you have ordered; 2.3.3 The shipping address you have provided does not fall within the delivery area of our company; 2.3.4 The price and data in your order are incorrect due to typographical error or computer glitch; and
2.3.5 There is a possibility that goods supplied by us will be resold
2.4 All orders submitted and payments confirmed are non-refundable unless cancelled in writing by email or telephone by the client.
2.5 If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email or telephone and arrange a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy. We do not accept any liability for loss or damages caused as a result of cancellation by either party.
2.6 You must read these terms and conditions before submitting an order, confirming payment or providing any personal information on our site; by submitting your order and confirming payment you agree to be bound by the terms stated herein.
2.7 When you make your purchase, the goods will be shipped on the date that is shown on your receipt. 2.8 All prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars.
2.9 Our system will send an email confirmation to your registered email address upon receiving your order to confirm that we have received your order. This does not constitute a commitment for delivery of any items purchased by you
- Prices
- 3.1 The club will reasonably take all efforts to ensure that the goods uploaded to this website are accurate and updated. The club reserves the right to change the prices and information of goods and courses without prior notice to you.
- 3.2 The prices of some goods listed on this website may be different from those ordered from the club’s store in some cases, such as for promotional purposes.
- 3.3 The club reserves the right to set restrictions on sales on this website, such as limiting the purchase quantity of goods.
- Payment
- 4.1 When you submit an order and confirm the payment, it means you agree and authorize the club to pay the payment amount specified in the order you submitted, in the payment method you specified. Before payment is confirmed, ownership of the goods does not belong to you.
4.2 The club uses a third-party payment platform (First Data) to provide online shopping, course registration and membership processing services. When you confirm the payment, it means that you agree and accept the terms and conditions of the relevant service units. In order to protect your interests, the club suggests that you read the terms and conditions of the relevant service units when using the third-party payment platform service. You are solely responsible for any risks and losses that may occur during the online payment
4.3 The Club reserves the right to change the payment methods or ways on this website. The Club will notify you of any changes via email or through this website.
