所有貨品殊不退換,產品質量如有問題,請在收到後五天內聯絡我們跟進

送貨需知

    • 選購產品時請留意每間商舖或品牌的送貨和取貨條款細則

    • 商戶派送產品由供應商自行送貨,並非由本會提供送貨服務

    • 下單後,將在 5-7個工作天內寄出訂單貨品(不包括星期六、日、香港公眾假期、農曆新年假期*)。但如在本會無法控制的情況下引致送貨服務有所延誤,本會概不作任何賠償。

    • 本會將盡力確保貨品供應充足。如在下單後出現缺貨,本會將以電話通知閣下有關安排。若本會未能於十個工作天內回貨並將貨品寄出,閣下可選擇退回有關款項,退款將以支票形式發還。

    • 本會透過第三方物流公司(順豐速運)向閣下提供送貨服務。取貨時,物流公司有權要求閣下或閣下授權的收貨人出示有相片的身份證明文件以核對身份。若閣下未能在指定時間內收取貨物,或其他人為因素(如輸入地址錯誤等),以致物流公司須再次安排送貨,本會保留向閣下收取額外送貨費用的權利,或取消送貨服務。

    • 當烈風訊號懸掛、紅色或黑色暴雨警告生效時或本會判斷為進行送貨並不安全的天氣情況下,送貨服務將相應延期。本會有權更改送貨日期。

    • 本會有權銷毀或自行處理訂單確認通知日期超過 21 天仍未收取的貨品,而毋須另行通知。在此情況下,本會不會向閣下退款或賠償; 本會並保留向閣下收取存儲費用的權利。

Our products are all final sale, so if there is a quality issue, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

When purchasing products, please refer to the delivery and collection terms and conditions of each shop or brand. The delivery service is provided by the supplier and not by us. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days after order confirmation (excluding public holidays, weekends and Chinese New Year). However, if there are delays due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not make any compensation. We will do our best to ensure that products are available for purchase. If a product becomes unavailable after making your purchase and we are unable to supply it within 10 business days, we will contact you via telephone or email about an alternative arrangement. If we are unable to ship it within 21 working days after confirmation of your order without further notice from you then we reserve the right to dispose of or process such item without refunding any payment made by you; Our company reserves the right to charge storage fees if no pick up has been arranged within 45 days after delivery
